Hula Hoop Tricks: “Continuous Chest-Back Roll”

I first learned this sweet hoop trick from Gail O’Brien at Hoop Camp once upon a time!  So I had to share this tutorial by Kassandra Morrison. 🙂 This is an intermediate-advanced version of a chest roll, where you pinwheel your arms to allow the hoop to continue rolling from your chest to your back.  I am calling this move the Continuous Chest/Back Roll.  Find some space and give this a try! I highly recommend practicing the body movement before attempting it with the hoop.
