Hula Hoop Tricks: “Back Roll Loop-de-Loop”

THIS. IS. SO. COOL. I love it!  HoopingSkill.com reader, Alexis Collier recently submitted this tutorial for publication, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This a very technical version of a back roll hoop trick.  We have coined it the “Back Roll Loop-de-Loop”…and let us just say…this is NOT an easy trick. I will admit to all of you, that last night, I tried (and failed) this trick so many times that my golden retriever got annoyed with me and went to sleep in the other room. It’s been years since I hit her that many times with my hoop. (Ha!) Sorry Neela…hopefully you all have better luck with this one. I’m not giving up!
