Hula Hoop Tricks: “Vertical Arm Wrap”

I love learning hula hoop tricks from Babz. I remember learning this trick years ago with this same exact tutorial.  It’s still a jem, so here it is for you all to master!  The Vertical Arm Wrap is the perfect unique lead-in to the vortex, with many elbow possibilities as well as the instructor points out towards the end.  To top it all off you can learn this hoop trick while staring at Corona commercial backdrop that is Tulum, Mexico.  The tutorial is taught by Babz Robinson.  ENJOY!
