| Katie Emmitt shows you how to do an intermediate hoop toss, the Behind the Back Toss! Katie suggests attempting the back-bend arm stretch that is required to complete the hoop trick before-hand, as not everyone is used to twisting and bending in that direction. This hula hoop trick is all together not very difficult, but you need to remember to keep the hoop as vertical as possible, really lean into that back-bend, and last but not least, remember to let your fingers control the release of the hoop. At the end of the tutorial, Katie goes over a few combinations that can be incorporated into this toss, including chest rolls, barrel rolls, weaves, and jump throughs. Check it out!
