I found this video yesterday and loved it so much I watched it twice! I found the contrasts of punctuated movement and graceful flow completely enchanting. How many of you Hoopers out there are also Aerial Hoopers? For those of you who are new to aerial arts, this performance utilizes an aerial hoop, also referred to as a Lyra.
