Hula Hoop Tricks: “Chest Roll Variations”

This hula hoop tutorial demonstrates two different chest roll variations.  Both of them involve a body turn. The first variation, instructed by Khan, explains an isolation variation of the chest roll, whereas the second one focuses on a 180 degree body turn, mid-chest roll.  They are both super fun intermediate level hoop tricks that you will definitely want to incorporate into your flow!
