Hula Hoop Tricks: “Hugulator 3000” (Twin Hoops)
This is a fun one! Learn how to do a Hugulator 3000 from Steve Bags! (Yes, that guy who hula hooped with a shopping cart on his face!) This is a fairly technical movement that becomes really easy once you learn the motion and get yourself going with momentum. It can feel a bit awkward because the solid grip must be maintained even while behind your back.
