Hula Hoop Tricks: “The Windmill”

Luna, the “Hoop Fairy” is here to show you The Windmill hoop trick! This is basically a front-to-back version of a double hoop weave.  This trick requires twin hoops (similar size is preferred). You can do this technique with any size or weight hoop. The weight will simply determine just how fast you can complete this sequence! The best tip I can provide you while learning this trick is to practice your hands individually! (Practice your left hand first, then your right hand, then combine them!) This will help you muscles figure out the movement one at a time, so as not to overwhelm your brain all at once. 😉
